They'd need a more massive playerbase to make that worthit financially, perhaps. Especially considering the asking price that even the cheapest anti-cheats charge a developer. but I don't really expect this to be addressed anytime soon. Thus far it seems they have been more focused on the core gameplay, while multiplayer functionality has come at a far lower priority. Also increases rare fur types and view distance. I don't mind people cheating in single player so long as it doesn't count towards anything that involves the legit players.īut IMO the devs don't seem to be very inclined to add any sort of anti-cheat or cheat-protection. Animals spawn towards the higher end of the spectrum and makes the chance of getting a diamond feel just a bit rarer than getting a gold in vanilla. Also need some checks added into the game to make sure that Hunt Club stats aren't being exploited by those cheats. What we really need is more administrative capabilities on our hosted multiplayer servers. But yeah I've seen cheaters join my multiplayer games on occasion since the beginning. Cheating is lame in any game IMO and all cheaters in games should face criminal charges lol. It is actually pretty easy to hack, even without advanced programming skills.
